27 May Infographic: The Business Impact of Talent Intelligence

Earlier this year, Taleo Research, in partnership with Human Capital Institute, released a research report titled The Business Impact of Talent Intelligence. The underlying survey asked 600 organizations which of 37 talent management metrics they considered most important, and which they had the most reliable access to data. Beyond the analysis in the paper itself, we’ve also presented some key findings and conclusions in previous blog posts:
- Human Resources vs. Talent Management: Why It Matters discussed how organizations rated as data proficient, when compared to those rated as data deficient, tend to value strategic metrics over basic human resources data collection.
- The Nine Most Important Talent Metrics discusses the nine talent management metrics rated of highest importance – interestingly by both data proficient and data deficient organizations.
- Talent Intelligence – Are You Investing in the Right Kinds of People Data? considers what the survey results indicate regarding the over-investment and under-investment in particular talent management metrics.
These blog posts each present and discuss one or more key results from the research.
